LIVE PROGRAMMES

Our Flagship Programme.

This is a 12 week intensive one to one programme that takes you from a complete beginner to a licensed kickboxer.

Once Enrolled, you will read through the initial lesson plan and arrange your first live training session with your Pink Belt Coach.

You will have live, private training sessions every week (typically) & these are the sessions that really count. They last approximately 60 mins and are quite intense. Within these sessions you will learn new skills, practice what you’ve already learned and fire up your enthusiasm, confidence AND metabolism.

The online aspect is a support for your live, coached training and training videos to assist your physical and mental growth as you progress.

Yoga Flow Programme: Online

The Pink Belt Kickboxing Yoga Flow Programme, is specifically designed to compliment both the Official Empowerment Programme and the Group Exercise (GrX) Programme in addition to being a stand alone practice.

We’ve selected precise movements that target tight and dysfunctional bodies to regain harmony and homeostasis; and what makes this really awesome?… the flows that we’ve created aid in the development of kickboxing specific muscles with mind and body synchronicity.

This online version will help unwind tight hips, it’ll help with aches & pains and introduce you into the world of Yoga as a beginner.

Self Defence Workshop: Online

There is a vast difference between Martial Arts, Martial Sports and Self Defence. This is where we lay out those differences in online material such as law, legislation and the physiological & psychological effects such as fight or flight. Self-defence is a vital skill for women, offering not only the means to protect themselves physically but also to enhance their confidence and sense of security.
 
This online version provides a comprehensive approach to self-defence that combines physical ideals with psychological preparedness. By incorporating certain strategies, women can better equip themselves to navigate and neutralise potential threats, thereby fostering a greater sense of empowerment and safety in their daily lives.

Self Empowerment Mini Course

Empowerment is about taking control, making informed decisions, and acting with confidence. It’s built on self-belief, inner growth, and resilience.

Outcomes of this online self paced mini course include identifying your limits, enhanced confidence, independence, and a strong sense of self-worth.

Manifestation & Abundance Programme

This onlince, self paced programme will help you stop chasing external validation, what’s ouside of you and start living from the ABUNDANCE, LOVE & FREEDOM that already exists within.

With a detailed workbook to follow along with, the videos in this course over 6 modules will help you Take Control & change your frequency to reveal 

 

Taking Control: Understanding Nutrition

Empowerment is about taking control, making informed decisions, and acting with confidence. It’s built on self-belief, inner growth, and resilience.

Taking control of your Nutrition is the key to taking control of your body, thus your mind.

Outcomes of this self paced mini course include identifying your body type, understanding Protein, Fats & Carbs, what quantity you should have and how to avoid pitfalls in your own choices.

Taking Control: Developing Flexibility

Learn the science behind stretching and how to apply that into your daily practice and/or performance based activities.

Written by Pink Belt Technical Director, Marc for his Taking Control project, we’re adding it into PBKB for you, where you’ll have plethora of stretches to try and perfect for improving posture, pain and performance.
